I always think I need to travel and walk somewhere new, when the paths around me constantly change, providing new challenges, experiences and memories.

We are sharing our memories with you….

Capturing the moments is as important (to me) as experiencing them.  permanent reminder and how i can share with others.

New Challenge!

We've set ourselves a challenge! My wife and I are planning to bag all the mountains in the Yorkshire Dales by end of August 2022. That's 41 peaks over 2000 ft!

The Pennine Way

My first Long Distance Walk. The Pennine Way spans the Pennines from Edale in Derbyshire to Kirk Yetholm in Scotland.
  • Length of walk 268 miles

Yocken-thwaite Moor

We thought we would try and squeeze this in an evening walk as we had seen an extended dry period, and the summit is well known for its challenging terrain due to the peat hags and boggy ground.

Cotterdale to High Seat

A surprisingly remote part of the Dales. Much of this walk was via little or no clear path, and we only passed one other person all day.

Buckden Pike

Our first walk in our challenge to summit all 41 mountains in the Yorkshire Dales. It’s for charity, Cure Parkinsons, more about why this is so important to me to follow
